Rose of the Month-  Feb 05
by Dan Russo

Pretty Lady

This year’s Project Rose is ‘Pretty Lady,’ an exciting Floribunda variety from England. It is a
hardy, free-flowering rose that bears clusters of sweetly-scented flowers, soft flesh-pink with
deeper salmon-apricot centers. Disease resistance and rebloom are both excellent. ‘Pretty Lady’
has been one of the best and most admired roses in our Elizabeth Park test beds for several years. She’s an easy to grow, vigorous, healthy rose. Winner of the prestigious Royal National Rose Society’s “Award of Garden Merit”. Bare-root plants will be available at the CRS April meeting but orders must be placed in advance. They are priced at $12.00 each (2 plant limit per order please). Orders may be placed at any of our upcoming monthly meetings or contact:
